Little bit about me!
I'm married to my best friend in the entire world, we met on MySpace, I know I know, but it's my favorite part of our story. We have two adorable and crazy toddlers and a fur baby.
You can find me with coffee in hand basically 90% of the time, not sorry. I can go to town on Mexican food and margaritas. Chips and queso are my kryptonite and there is always room for more. I am constantly laughing, life is too short to be serious.
I found photography while in the corporate world and have never turned back!
so why me?!?
I know you've probably been to like 100+ different photographer websites, I get it, I've been there... it sucks. So why choose me? What makes me DIFFERENT? What makes me SPECIAL?
I KNOW I AM NOT FOR EVERYONE AND THAT IS 100% OK!!
I thrive in outdoor settings. Being outside fuels my soul. It's where I can capture the best images. Greenery and I are BFFs and I'm not afraid to shoot in the sun, don't get me wrong I LOVE golden hour but it's not the only time I shoot. I have learned to truly enjoy doing senior class photos, but also capturing those special moments between a couple and a family are some of my absolute favorites.
WHAT I CAN PROMISE YOU!
I will definitely not make you pose in those uncomfortable poses that are so not you and extremely forced because HELLO NO ONE likes that! I love movement and candid photos and true smiles and laughs. Believe me I will make you laugh because I do not take myself serious and I am not afraid to make a fool of myself, I lost my shame YEARS ago!
SO WHAT IS MY STYLE?!?
I would classify myself as a more free flowing candid and documentary style. I prefer to set up prompts but then let you, the client, do your thing and have fun and get comfortable. Let's face it, it's going to be awkward at first. The more freedom you have the more fun you have, which in turn leads to some beautiful pictures! You just have to trust the process! I love true to color photos that have a more warm and moody feel to them.

Jess was absolutely amazing to work with! She made my entire family comfortable in front of the camera. She has an eye for finding amazing pictures in candid moments! I will absolutely have Jess do pictures for my family again and will recommend her to all of my friends.

Incredible Senior Photos
I was so incredibly late with getting senior pictures done, but Jess was SO helpful in finding amazing locations, working with my student and what he wanted, as well as getting the images to me so quickly! She was great with him and made him feel so comfortable, it seemed effortless. I was thrilled with how she captured his personality and candid moments.
